1. About TechBridge UK

TechBridge UK is a free, structured six-month tech career migration programme for immigrants in the United Kingdom. It is operated as a not-for-profit community initiative under SolveX. Participation is entirely free of charge.

2. Eligibility

To be eligible for TechBridge UK, you must:

• Be currently residing in the United Kingdom
• Be an immigrant or have an immigrant background (broadly defined — we are inclusive)
• Be 18 years of age or older
• Have consistent access to a smartphone or computer and a reliable internet connection
• Be willing to commit to the full six-month programme duration

3. Programme Commitment & Conduct

By joining TechBridge UK as a participant, you agree to:

• Engage with your assigned monthly module in good faith
• Attend biweekly group check-in sessions where possible
• Communicate in advance if you are unable to attend a session
• Understand that missing three consecutive sessions without communication will result in removal from the cohort
• Treat all other participants, speakers, and programme administrators with respect
• Not share module materials outside the cohort without permission

TechBridge UK reserves the right to remove any participant from the programme for conduct that is disruptive, harmful, or inconsistent with the values of the community.

4. Speaker & Volunteer Terms

By submitting a speaker interest form, you agree that:

• You are offering your time voluntarily and will not be compensated financially
• You will deliver one session aligned to the assigned module (format and duration agreed in advance)
• You will not use the session to promote commercial products or services without prior agreement
• TechBridge UK may share your name, role, and LinkedIn profile with participants as part of session promotion
• You may withdraw at any time before your session is scheduled, with reasonable notice

5. No Guarantee of Outcomes

TechBridge UK is a support and education programme. We do not guarantee employment, interview placements, internships, or any specific career outcome as a result of participation. Any placement support offered (including referrals to partner organisations) is provided in good faith and on a best-efforts basis.

6. Intellectual Property

All programme materials, module content, and resources provided through TechBridge UK are the intellectual property of SolveX or the respective contributors. You may use these materials for personal learning purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, or publish them without written permission.

7. Website Use

By accessing techbridge.solvexng.com, you agree to:

• Use the website for lawful purposes only
• Not attempt to disrupt, hack, or interfere with the website or its hosting infrastructure
• Not submit false or misleading information via any form on the website

The website is provided on an "as is" basis. We make no warranties regarding uptime, accuracy of content, or fitness for any particular purpose.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TechBridge UK and SolveX shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from your participation in the programme or use of the website. Our total liability to you shall not exceed zero, given that participation is free of charge.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms or your participation in TechBridge UK shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The current version will always be available on our website. Continued participation in the programme following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
